I have full empathy for Alfie’s parents and everyone directly involved in this poor child’s case, but releasing balloons will only create a problem in a bigger part of the world. We should ban balloon releases. They don’t go to heaven they go to nature and kill animals. And of course releasing balloons helps the family right? Donate to research instead of polluting the planet and contributing to its decay. Commemorate a life by helping life, not by destroying it.
